Manager: Toni Kerr

B A Hons Early Childhood Education in Practice

Designated safeguarding lead

Paediatric first aid.

Hello! I joined Welbourn preschool in 2023 after 6 years of working with families in Sure Start Children Centres. I have 3 amazing children who all attended Welbourn a few years ago, I was also a committee member during this time so my love for the preschool has been over many years! I am passionate about early years education and the importance our role holds in the lives of young children. I have 20yrs experience of working in different settings and within various roles. I hope you love our preschool as much as we do!

Deputy Manager: Jo Crosby

NVQ level 3 in child care.

Deputy Safeguarding lead

Paediatric first aid

I first got involved with the preschool when my 2 sons attended many years ago. As a committee member and a registered helper I loved my role, becoming a staff member and over time, developing myself to deputy manager. I am passionate and love my job, I enjoy the interactions with each and every child and supporting them to develop the foundation of learning and growing.

SENDCO: Emily Barker

I joined Wonderbugs in 2021 after my daughter left in 2019. I’ve worked within primary schools and nurseries over the last 10yrs and still thoroughly enjoy my role. I’m the SENDCo at Wonderbugs and currently in my 6th year of university studying my B A HONS primary studies degree, I love learning alongside the children and enjoy any challenges thrown my way.
